Not all services we offer are covered by insurance and not all providers accept all plans. Please reach out to us to determine if your provider is in network with your insurance. At Youthrive we understand that finances can create barriers to service and are willing to work with families who are uninsured or out of network on a case-by-case basis. If you are in a situation where you would like consideration, please call us at 614-371-7293. If we determine that we are not able to assist you with our services we will recommend other providers to you as options.

If you are concerned about your child's performance in school, ability to access the general education curriculum consistently, and suspect that they need additional supports and services to be successful, an evaluation may help better understand their needs. It can also provide data for your child's school to consider regarding potential special education services or accommodations. Reports can be shared with your child's physician as well to discuss potential medical interventions.

A thorough assessment conducted by a School Psychologist will give you data and information regarding the challenges you may be experiencing along with strategies to help. Additionally, as an adult in college or graduate school who is struggling, being assessed for an underlying condition, such as ADHD, could provide you with information to give to your college or university that would allow you to be considered for possible accommodations. Reports can also be shared with your physician to discuss potential medical interventions such as medication, should that be of interest to you.
No Surprises Act
At Youthrive Psychological Services, we are committed to transparency in the cost of care and compliance with the No Surprises Act (Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act).
Your Right to a Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) explaining the expected costs of your mental health services. This estimate is provided to individuals who:
Do not have insurance.
Are not using their insurance to pay for services.
Are not covered under a Federal health care program.
You may also request a Good Faith Estimate at any time prior to scheduling an appointment. We are happy to provide you with a Good Faith Estimate at least one day prior to your appointment or sooner if you wish.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you have the right to dispute the bill.
