  • If you are concerned about your child's performance in school, ability to access the general education curriculum consistently, and suspect that they need additional supports and services to be successful, an evaluation may help better understand their needs. It can also provide data for your child's school to consider regarding potential special education services or accommodations. Reports can be shared with your child's physician as well to discuss potential medical interventions.

  • A thorough assessment conducted by a School Psychologist will give you data and information regarding the challenges you may be experiencing along with strategies to help. Additionally, as an adult in college or graduate school who is struggling, being assessed for an underlying condition, such as ADHD, could provide you with information to give to your college or university that would allow you to be considered for possible accommodations. Reports can also be shared with your physician to discuss potential medical interventions such as medication, should that be of interest to you.
